Brandon O'Connor May God hold you in the palm of his hands. |
God saw you were getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "Come to me". With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, gentle hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

Signing of the Declaration of Independence

"First they came for the Communists, but I was not a Communist, so I said nothing. Then they came for the Social Democrats, but I was not a Social Democrat, so I did nothing. Then came the trade unionists, but I was not a trade unionist. And then they came for the Jew, so I did little. Then when they came for me, there was no one left to stand up for me." - Pastor Martin Niemoller, a survivor of Dachau concentration camp |
